Infused with the fiery kick of chiltepin pepper from the Sonoran Desert and balanced with organic Coachella Valley dates, this seasoning is like a campfire that gets a little too close. The heat of the chiltepin pepper mellows quickly, revealing surprisingly fruity undertones that make this blend a versatile kitchen companion.
