Tasting Notes

This pack is ALL MALA MIX - A fiery blend of dried chili pepper, mushroom and seaweed powder, and spices that adds a Szechuan kick to literally anything.

Use it Well

This PopPack is meant to be used as a kit. Add unpopped kernels to the bowl (with or without oil), and microwave for two to four minutes. When finished, spray the ghee onto the flakes & dust the mala spice on top. Layer on to your hearts content!
